Payments / pricing

We accept card payments for your first payment. Recurring monthly payments will be taken every month from the card you used for your first payment
Will the monthly rent change?
We try to make our storage units as competitively priced as possible. However in the rare situation where we might need to implement a price increase, we will provide you with 4 weeks’ notice (refer to T&Cs for more information)
Insurance
Do I need insurance for my contents?
It is completely your choice whether or not you choose to insure your goods. Unlike other self-storage companies, we do not mandate customers with compulsory insurance as we believe it should be your decision. As such, we also do not accept any responsibility should anything happen to your stored goods (see T&Cs).
Should you wish to be covered by insurance, our site is listed as a facility on Store and Insure, a third party self storage insurance provider. We recommend that you do your own research as any decision to purchase insurance is yours, as we do not offer any advice and are not agents or brokers of insurance.
